opinions on some component sets

I am about to purchause some components. Can some one give me their opinon on what i should get, as i have not heard them personally. Infinity Kappa 60.9cs or Alpine SPR-17S. I have a JL 300/4 that will run them. i am just torn between these 2 sets. TECH, i will be ordering some spacer plates from you soon. front and rears

Does it have to be one of those 2 sets?

I guess Alpine... but my choice would be CDT CL's from James!

reason why i chose between the 2 is that i am gettting employee discount on these at best buy. they retail for $249 and im getting them for half price. im a boston acoustics man, but currently cant afford them.

true, but im not that much into audio like i use to. i use to have alot of high end stuff in my previous cars. from old school xtant x series, Phoenix, JL's you name it. been an installer for the past 10+ years. its not my thing anymore.

If you are an installer then you should know the pro's and cons to each set. And since they sell them at BB where you work I'd imagine they have some there you can try out.
