Amp rack question

I have an 08 with the power rear window. I want to build an amp rack to fit behind the rear seats. What are the problem areas with doing this? My first idea was to mount a ledger board (1x2) to the rear wall using screws only on the area outside the window track. Then mount the amp board to that. I've not taken a good look at this area yet so my plans my be premature. I had thought about mounting under the seats, but I will have three amps and would rather have them all in one location.

Here's the equipment lineup as of today:

Polk C500.1 (sub - rated 340W @4ohm, 540W @2ohm)
Polk C300.2 (front - rated 175Wx2 @ 4ohm)
eD NINe.2 (rear - rated 100Wx2 @4ohm (12.5V))
Diamond Audio D6 6.5" comp(front)
Diamond Audio M6 6.5" comp (rear)
eD 11KV.2 (sub (I have two, but I'm only planning to use one))
Audiocontrol LC8

Re: Amp rack question

Good luck! It has been done but there really isnt much room back there!

You could have the sub amp mounted in a cutout of the sub box, then just put the other 2 under the seats.
