Need help. I plan on getting 18x9 Ballistic Wizard wheels and 325.65.18 tires. The wheels come in 0, 14, and 30 offset. I have a 6" Procomp1 suspension. Which offset should I get? Is it the more offset the more they tuck in and the less offset the more they stick out? Which offset would rub none or the least? Any help appreciated.

Yep the more offset the more tucked in, the less offset, the more of a deep dish wheel, and the more likely to rub when turning the steering wheel.
A 9" width wheel with 0mm of offset with have 5" of backspacing, (because the center of the rim is 5" not the 4.5" you might expect, because a 9" rim actually measures 10"). So, +14mm would be about 0.55", and the backspacing would close to the stock 5.5" at 5.55". With a PC lift this would work, but the 0 mm would look a little better, but maybe a little trimming.
So, the +14 would work and not rub? When you say the 0 offset would look a little better, how much? How much more would tires stick out? The reason I'm getting bigger wheels is because I'm gonna get the STILLEN 14" brakes. Thanks for the help!
The 0 mm offset would stick out about 1/2" more than the +14 mm offset. Converting to inches, ... 14 mm / 25.4 = 0.55". Since 0 mm on a 9" is 5.0" backspacing, the +14 mm is added ... 5" + 14 mm = 5" + 0.55" = 5.55" vs. the 0 mm offset's 5.0 ".
My friend had a PC stage 1 with 9" wide rims that had 4.5" backspacing, (- 12 mm offset on a 9" width rim), and with 35" mud tires, his rubbed at the pinch weld a little. Your 0 mm 5" backspaced wheels will stick out 1/2 less, and plus, if your tires will be an AT instead of a M/T, this helps too ,,, smaller tread blocks at the shoulder. Or your +14 mm wheels would stick out about an inch less than my friend's -12 mm offset rims.
Btw, some wheels' shape will cause them not to clear even the stock brakes, so you should confirm that they are a good match with the wheel and/or brake dealer. Smaller backspacing like the 5" of the 0 mm can help but isn't always enough, even with 18s.
The 0mm offset will put the face of the wheel, flush with the fenders. Your 325 will stick out about 1.25 - 1.5" beyond that depending on the tire. You may get a little rubbing at full steering wheel turn with either offset (0 or 15mm). Like Norcal mentioned, the 15mm offset will tuck about 1/2" more.
