Got me some brand new rotors today, YAY!

Well I took in my truck today for the second time in 24k miles for warped front rotors. The service manager told me it's extremely rare for the 08+ titans to have warped rotors but he'd have them look at it. When I went in to pick it up he told me they went ahead and just put on brand new rotors in case mine just had defective rotors! Sweet! I love my dealerships service dept. because they have always done right and never tried to skimp out on anything. I'm also getting a new tailgate bib because mine started to come loose on the bottom corner. These new rotors are beautiful compared to my old warped ones. I hope these hold up alot better than the original ones though.

When you brake, the steering wheel will have a wobble. It becomes worse when the brakes are heated, like getting off the freeway etc.

OP - I see you go to the track.. Do you go often? Warped rotors are pretty common in a lot of cars that brake hard at freeway or higher speeds.

I've only been twice. I think it was defective rotors more than abuse because my pads still have plenty of life in them and although I like to drag race every now and then i'm not hard on the brakes. I brake early and soft and getting off the highway I let the engine brake the truck too instead of waiting until i'm halfway down the ramp and stabbing the brakes.

I go to Ocala Nissan on hwy 200 in Ocala. It's about 5 minutes off of I75. Really great people with an outstanding service dept.
