Tire pressure monitors

My XE KC came from the factory missing a sensor on one wheel (it had the same black rubber valve stem as the spare). The dealer ordered it and installed it last Saturday. Now, instead of the low pressure dash light being lit all the time the truck is running, it lights up about 30 miles after starting the truck, and stays on until I shut off the motor.

My dealer is an hour away, and I don't really want to waste a whole Saturday for this. I could have lived without this system, actually, and am thinking about yanking the dash light bulb if I can get to it easily.

the dealer needs to force the code out of the new wheel, the system needs to be 'trained'. this should have been done when the new sensor was put on and will take only a couple of minutes if they know what they are doing.
