Whatever you like is what matters I won'nt go over 20" myself and will probably just go 18"

Although I personally don't care for large rims...I'm not a "hater" either.
I think the best look is achieved at 22" rims on the titan. After that...the looks go down hill. My $0.02...NO REFUNDS

Wow, 24 foot tires, bet that requires some fender cutting. I'd have to say the ride is a little rougher with less side wall=less cusion, you can't defy the laws of physics. Also, larger wheel=more turning weight=lowered performance, mpg, braking effeciency. Often these differences aren't even noticeable, perhaps measurable, but to say everything would stay the same etc., is wrong.
wow, totally owned

I like the look of mine on the 24's. Some people don't. We all have our own opinions. But as far as performance goes. My ride is rough, acceleration has been hurt along with braking. I enjoy parking and having a beer with the guys. And my truck gets plenty of looks and thumbs up from everyone passing by. I absolutely love the stance of my truck. Although I will be looking into maybe a 1/2 or 2/3 drop once I can come up with some money. I do love the lifted trucks too!
no doubt your truck sits nicely on 24"s. i would definatly consider them if it wouldnt hurt my ride and performance. im more of a performance guy anyway. what would be a decent size w/o getting rougher or losing mpg..

I have 22's and noticed a loss in performance and ride. I would therefore say 20's.
I know this thread is old but I just ran into it..
Im tryin to put 24s on a titan. Does anyone know what the biggest series tire you can mount without any mods to the suspension?? I've heard 305/35 is the biggest but I was hoping for something a lil bigger.. Maybe 305/40s 0r /45s... Any info would be helpfull.
Rim width and offset/backspacing will have a big affect on if tires will fit.
Stock suspension and 8" to 9" width rims, (and with the OEM 5.5" backspacing), I think the 305/35s (32.4" diameter), might be the tallest that will work without mods. [The Off Road pkg. 285/70/17 (~33" diameter), are the tallest OEM tires].
Those 305/40s might fit if you can find rims with 5.5" backspacing, (+25mm offset on a 8" width, +18mm for an 8.5", +12mm for a 9", +6mm for a 9.5", 0mm for a 10" rim. Pinch weld mod still might be needed.
If I was trying to squeeze the bigger ones in, I'd buy locally so you don't have to deal with shipping them back if they don't work out.
dude it all depends on whether you are gonna be lifting or lowering. if lowering i would go with a 22" maybe a 24". It wont affect your ride that much and also if you think your braking is bad upgrade your rotors from baer brakes. not the brake kit, just the rotors with stock calipers. plus you get that wicked cross drilled look behind the rims. If your lifting a truck i would go with either 20" 22" or 24". This is all about weight. If your worried about mpg (which you shouldnt be if you decided to lift a truck in the first place) the bigger your wheel is with a decent size tire (37") you will be getting better gas mileage cause the bigger rim weighs less than having more rubber and more air for the extra rubber. hope that helps
