Are you sure they won't rub?

With a leveling kit and stock wheels you will be in the clear. You may have to remove front mud flaps

Re: Mud tires. Plz help.

On my aftermark 17x8" rims with 0mm offset, (which on an 8" wide rim gives 4.5" backspacing), my 33.98"x12", LT305/70R17 Terra grapplers required the pinch weld mod with a 2.5" leveling kit, (1/2" taller than the 2" PRG recommended size for an older 4x4). I think they might have fit with possibly front mud guard removal on the stock 17x7.5" Off Road pkg. rims, since they stick out 1.4" less than my aftermarket rims.

Btw, my 305/70's were A/T's, and the larger tread lugs of a M/T would be more likely to rub. If you for sure don't want to trim, a 33.5"x12", LT295/70R17 is the way to go with stock rims. I ran the Toyo M/T in this size and had the front mudguards on at the time, with no rubbing. With the aftermaket rims I mentioned, they probably would have only needed the front mudguards gone.
