Brake TSB Changed according to dealer

My brakes started shuddering lightly at 3000 miles but I waited in hopes of a real fix. At 7500 miles the shudder was growing worse so off to the shop it went. When I picked it up last night the mechanic, who also owns a Titan, told me that the TSB was just changed and the dealership got the parts in just days ago. I'll list what was replaced but unfortunatley, the invoice does not list a new TSB number (old one was 04066).

Pad Kit - 41060-7S027 < This is new, old TSB listed 41060-7S026
Torque Member - 41014-7S010 <This is new, mechanic said more ridgid
Bolt - 41005-7S000 <Same as old TSB
Boot Kit-F - 40135-7S025 <This is new, I believe its to seal slider pin
Turn Rotors on vehicle <Same
Index Rotor to Hub <Same
Molykote grease <Same

Also lists a PART# 40206-7S000 <No description may be the entire package of parts listed above. Hope this fixes the issue for good. Will post back after some miles with update.

Wow, they didn't do you right. They should have replaced the rotors. I just picked mine up Tuesday from having the new one done (They just added an A to the TSB number)

Nope - should read: 2 X 40206-7S000 Rotor-Disk BRAK < New Rotors for front.

Verified, I do indeed have new rotors...no lip at all from machining them.

Lightbulb Maybe not new rotors unless yours have been machined

California,

I suspect that they machine the rotors and then replace if they have been machined. I had mine done yesterday (14,600 miles) and they hadn't been touched until now.

The juddering had just come on, and it has gotten pretty violent, especially when towing -- and this just within the last couple of weeks; so I knew it was time to go in. I did get all the other stuff, just as he has above. Just not new rotors.

Just another data point.
