Front tires Feathering, need advice

Hello all,
Got a XE CC that is having problems, My Front tires are feathering real bad. The tires were rotated about 7500 miles, and i now have 12500 on the truck, The pattern is kinda wierd, Basically trying to write a visual, The outer edges of the tires are feathered, and sit lower then the two out of three right on top. The Center tread is also the same as the outer, same height and feathered. Guess you can Say it looks like __--__--__
17" stock rims no offroad pkg

What would cause this, My tire pressure is as recommended 35 PSI. IVE rotated the tires at 7500 Miles and the the rears still have no odd wear.
At 7500 miles i took the Vehicle in for the rotors (warped), they ended up fixing this, now this problem is accuring..
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
Ron

this happened to my truck also. xe kc 2wd 17" stock wheels. the insides of my tires were wearing real bad and my rotors warped. i took it in and they fixed the brakes and said the toe on the alignment was way off so they realigned it. this was about at 5500 miles. my tires seem to be wearing fine now (7400) miles but my rotors are warped again. i would have them check the alignment.
