Will 33" tires fit?

I was just down at 4wheel Parts & Performance looking to take advantage of their buy 3, get one free deal on Pro Comp tires. The sales dude said that the 33" all terrains will rub. I have these tires on my wife's Bronco and really like this tire and it's 50,000 mile tread warranty

Yes, 33's are "stock" size and will fit.

Non-OR SE and LE tires 265/70-18 = 32.6"
OR tires 285/70-17 = 32.7"

It was the width the sales guy was concerned about. He said the tires were too wide(12.50) and that if I bought the tires I would have to have them mounted elsewhere.

33x12.50's fit fine with a leveling kit, they might rub with stock suspension during compression.

I was planning on getting PRG's leveling kit but I'm dealing with a lemonlaw attorney and Nissan Consumer Service so I don't want to put any unessasary cash into this piece.

Then why bother with the tires??

Anyway, I have the 305/55/20 which is 33x12.5 (actually 33.4") and with the 2" PRG leveling kit I had to do a little trimming and now I don't rub at all.

My current tires are bald and that's a good price for good tires

Gotcha. Your replacing, I thought you were upgrading. But if your having troubles with the truck and getting rid of it there are still cheaper options for tires to throw on there. Just a thought for ya.

I hope I don't have to get rid of it. The problem I'm having is that the bed rests on top of the rear spring shackles causing the bed to slam and creak as I'm driving down the road. Even without a load. The underside of the bed is beat. Riverside Metro Nissan told me it was my fault and to contact my insurance co. They also asked me to not bring the truck back to them. I have been able to continue commuting but I've had to borrow or rent a truck for any truck related activities.
