Stillen OEM rotors/pads,and SS line update-
I should have originally posted in this Forum than the general one, and you can find the picts of the kit I posted if you search under my name.
The stillen oem crossdrilled rotor and pad kit is excellent and as long as you do the ss lines, the brake feel is superb and no longer feels as though your steeping on a chunk of tofu. I'll repost my last update and keep it here going forward.
Did a round trip from LA to san Francisco put about 750 miles on them and they are almost broken in.
Driving around Frisco going to the game devlopers conference I was all over that seriously hilly town.
I made it to Frisco and back averaging about 4.5 hours each way (80-85) did a couple of high speed stops from 90-100 and can say that stopping power is right up there with bridge abutments, and I never felt any fade even on the wicked Lombard street, or on the freeway when truck pulls in front of you going 51 passing another truck going 50 hauling you down from 80-85 on the 5 Freeway north and south. (Very different from the stock)
Im very happy with the mod and in about another 500 miles Im sure Ill be ecstatic as they are getting "grippier" every trip.
I remember another poster saying "he didnt feel he should pay to fix what should be correct", and I agree, but just didnt have the time or patience to deal with Nissan on it anymore- but- given my experience with this mod would have probably done it when the stock rotors were gone anyway.
