I just finished installing the stillen OEM rotors & metal matrix pads. I already had SS lines & DOT 4 fluid. It is not that hard to install although you need to remove a couple of 21 mm bolts to remove the pad holder to get the front rotor off. If you don't have air tools, better eat your wheaties as Nissan didn't spare the thread lock. Bleeding is pretty easy with speedbleeders.
JetTech posted some great instructions & photos on changing pads at clubtitan.org. With new rotors, you don't need to do the glaze breaking step, but you do need to get the protective coat of oil off the new rotors with brake cleaner or maybe alcohol would also work. My other tip is make sure you get the rotors on the correct side of the truck as the cross-drilled hole patterns are directional.
They seem good to me so far.
