Thumbs up FINALLY!!! Mickey Thompson MTX put on!

Hey all,

After waiting for the Nittos to become available (still not yet) I went with one of my alternate choices, the Mickey Thompson MTXs, and boy am I ever happy! I've only had them a day, but not only do they perform great (stick better then the BFG Rugged Trails on dry pavement) but they look great too (I got three comments today and one thumbs up, I haven't gotten those since I first bought my Titan!). They are 33X12.50R17 so they are roughly 5mm wider and .3-.5 inches taller than stock (atleast according to a couple of those web tire calculator thingamajigies).

So here are the pics. Also new in show (but not on the truck) is the PRG leveling kit, I was just waiting till I got new rubber to take pictures.

Very nice! I really want the Terra Grapplers, but these look like a close second.

How is the handling with the new tires? softer or rougher ride? do the tires look bigger than the stock 285x70?

THX and nice choice on tires...

These tires should be about 1" wider than the 285's (285mm=11-1/4") and about 1/2" taller. Real world measurements may show something different.

Your wheels/tire combo looks nice. Really makes your truck stand out.
