I heard those tires run over $300 each. Is that true?

Yes. It's true. Also, everything that I have read would suggest that a 12.5" wide tire is too wide for a stock LE wheel. I'm no expert, but I do know that all of the tire sites online recommend that the most narrow wheel that you should use in this case is 9". Just something to think about.

Tried to answer you but your mailbox is full, won't accept my answer.

Actually I just got a quote from Les Schwab to put the 2" level on and install the 35s. The guy there is a friend of mine and he says that no trimming is necessary. From the research I've done on our site, the only time trimming is needed is if you go to wider wheels. I'm keeping the stock 17s so it should be ok.

Cheers.

I have BFG 35x12.5r17 on oem 17" wheels with PRG 2" kit... there is minor rubbing issues on the front passanger side tire with the frame, you also have to bend/shave back the pinch weld/mud flap...

Now with the Toyo 35" they are much wider than my BFG almost a full 1" wider when I campared them side by side, so you will probably have more rubbin issues..
