Not many options. Largest I've seen someone just found. Toyo Proxies in 305-60-18. These are a little wide for the rims but should work.

Tire size

With respect to all thats been said, does anyone have experience with or knowledge enough to say wether a 33/12.50 R-17 will fit the stock offroad 17" rim. I have the offroad pkg with the prg 1.5 front lift.
I am interested in the PROCOMP allterrain 33/12.50/17 as they seem to have a good reputation and are semi reasonable in price and have a 50,000 mile warranty.

They will really pucker and probably rub. They are 32.3 inches tall vs 32.6, they are 12.3" wide vs. 10.5" and they say they should have a 8-10" rim. Stock 17" rims are 7.5" wide.

maximum recommended tire section width for a 7.5" wide rim is 285mm or 11.5"
however, many people have run a 12.5" width tire on the offroad rims (7.5" wide) without a problem.

of course there was one guy whose sidewall tore from the same situation and he put his front left corner into a dirt wall next to the dirt road and totalled his truck.
what was his name? anyone remember?

They'll be fine. You won't notice a difference between a 7.5" and 8" rim. Whether they rub or not I don't know for sure, but...probably.

Don't forget he was aired-down to 10 psi or something like that and driving too fast. Had nothing to do with rim width.
