I have rotated my own tires twice now with no problems so draw your own conclusions regarding your installer's abilities.

Never argue with idiots. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

the first time they istalled them everything was fine. then i was getting a bad vibration in the steering wheel. so i had to go back. the checked for balance and stuff. well thats when the crap started. they were putting them on with a air gun. well stey messed up 2 lugs. so then i left and i still had a bad vibration. so i went back again so they could double check for out of round tirs. well then they messed up another stud and broke one stud. so i went back for a 4th time this moring so they could replace them all and give me 4 new tires by mastercraft cause pirrels r special order. they said if they take them off and brake another stud i can't drive my truck. so no they ordered 24 studs and lugs and i have to go back for a 5th time. i told them after the 2nd visit to hand tighten every single lugs and use a go to tighten to nissan specs. well they said they did but they still screwed up
I have had good luck at Discount Tire. They use a torque wrench. I would run from any shop that uses an air wrench to put on the lug nuts. In addition to messing up the studs & nuts, they can warp the brake rotors with an air wrench.
I had a lugnut gall up the first time I changed my OEM wheels - there must've been something in the threads of the stud from the factory.
I've also had two lugnuts gall up when removing my wheels after getting the truck back from the dealer.
Also, if you're using aftermarket wheels which are lugcentric vice hubcentric, you can scrape the studs on the side of the stud holes and transfer material to the threads of the studs, which will then gall up the lug when you put it on.

They're not very expensive, and they're not difficult at all to change out, front or rear.
A lot of "jap" trucks don't have case hardened studs like old "american" trucks. I learned my lesson with ISUZU troopers. Now 1st thing I do when I bring home a new car is to take off all the wheels and ANTISEIZE the studs. Then put it back together with a torque wrench. YOU MUST ALWAYS START THE NUTS BY HAND THAT MEANS FINGERS. Your tire guy probably started them with impact wrench! You'll never have rusted on lugs again. But after a couple of days go back and check the torque again. No broken lugs,No warped rotors. If someone else does your tires always double check torque and tire pressure. I've left with loose wheels before. It happens!
I too am a fan of Never-Seez, and I've been know to use it on everything including gaskets....my dad on the otherhand hates the stuff and grips about me using it when he comes across it on our projects.....He says it's the only product in he's ever seen that "one drop can paint the world".

I had one foul up on me once, all hand tools. I had to go buy a new lug nut, cleaned up the threads on the stud with a hacksaw blade. Must be really soft steel.
