Re: best 35x12.5x20" tire

just about any all terrain would work for that. the less aggressive ones will be quieter on road. or look at the 325/50/20 (I think that converts to the 35) bfg's 50k mile warranty

Just curious, why 35's if you are not going offroad?

Mine.
Toyo Open Country MT's - quiet but very aggressive.

Re: best 35x12.5x20" tire

Im Running The 35/12.50 17 BFG MT. Looked into Toyo but everyone was out nation wide in November. I also heard the Toyo's are quite a bit heavier than the BFG'S. I heard 35 lbs per tire. Any truth to that?

I did some research on this weight info before buying my 35"s... I really wanted the Toyos MTs because I had great handling with the Open Country AT on my previous truck and really liked the performance of the Toyos...

Well my BFG MTs 35x12.5r17 are 55 lbs
And The Toyo MTs 35x12.5r17 are 83 lbs

Anyone knows how this extra 28 lbs of weight might affect ride quality?

Ive heard reviews where people say that the BFGs MTs are rougher rideing compared to the Toyo MTs...

I really want to try the Toyo MTs after this BFGs wear out, does anyone knows if the Toyos would fit in the oem 17"s wheels, the BFGs did?

Look at the equivalant 325.60.20 (35.35x12.8-20") Terra Grappler. Awesome tire and Great Price for the size. It will be better for you than an MT, quieter and should stay balanced longer because the tread blocks are closer together than a MT.
