Pro Comp M/T on Snow?

Anyone have any experience with the Pro Comp Mud Terrain or X Terrain tires on snow and ice (both loose and packed snow)? I really like the agressive look of Mud Terrain tires, but the BFG M/Ts that I used to have on my old truck where downright dangerous on packed snow and ice due to the lack of siping.

I think 4 Wheel and Offroad did a test a few years back between the Pro Comp AT (which is severe weather certified) and the Pro Comp MT. In the snow, the MT was way better, and the ice the AT was better. They didn't say the MT was scary. However, if you want to increase the tire's ice and wet weather performance, then get them siped like I did.
