Brakes dont stop to good

Well I had the final fix (on the brakes) on my Titan back in late December, since then i've put another 5,000+ plus miles, it stopped the same if not slightly better than the old brake pad/rotor setup they had, but now it seems that I have to apply more force to the pedal to make it stop, the rotors aren't warped either, hardly any brake dust, what gives, i dont want to deal with the brake thing again, any ideas, or have any of you guys/gals been through the same dilemma?
