Here is some info I have
size diameter width rim size
BFG AT 37x12.5 36" 12.8" 8.5-11"
BFG MT 37x12.5 36.5" 12.5" 8.5-11"
GY MTR 37x12.5 36.5" 12.5" 8.5-11"
PC X-AT 37x12.5 36.9" 12.8" 8-10"
PC X terrain 37x12.5 36.9" 13.4" 8-12"
Nitto MG 37x13.5 37" 14.27" 8.5-11"
Toyo AT 37x14 36.5" 14.17" 9.5-11"
Toyo MT 37x13.5 37.1" 14.6" 8.5-11"
MT Claw 37x13.5 36.9" 13.9" 8.5-11"
What do you guys think?
Im thinking BFGs and the Pro comps

Those are also the only ones I would consider, but only with the 7" lifts. Your current Rancho "4" lift is actually 5.5" if I recall.
You should ask the guys running 35x12.5-17 tires to see if the extra inch each side of the axle will be a problem. It all depends where the rubbing is. Austin (with a Fabtech lift, I think), ended up trimming his fenders to fit 37s, (I don't remember the tire brand). Could have been due to aftermarket wheel off-set too.
Edit: found his Tire/wheel info. "Tires are 37x12.50x17 BF Goodrich Mud Terrains on 17x10" MB Motoring wheels (-25mm offset, 4.5" backspacing)". So according to the wheel off-set calculator, these wheels would stick out ~3" further than OEM off road rims.
The 12.5" or 12.8" are equivalent to 315 or 325s, but these are somewhere between a 75 and 80 series tire, so on the thin side compared to the height, (37").
