22" Questions

Looking around for 22s for when the truck is delivered.

anyone have offset info for 22x9 and 22x9.5 ?

I would like to know what offset will put the tire/rim flush w/ the fenders. I don't want that tucked in look.

also, what is a good tire size to go with?

305/45/22 or 305/50/22

Re: 22" Questions

If you go with 22-9.5, they would be what you're looking for. They stick out about 1/2 inch from under the fender wells and 305/40/22 would be just the ticket.

Re: 22" Questions

I have done a lot of research lately about the same thing. I learned that you want an offset between +15 and +25. I think stock is something like 18. Most 22"s for the Titan already have an offset somewhere around that. I've seen a couple in my search that had a 0 offset, and from asking around on here, those will still fit, you just need to shave the calipers. All this info is from stuff I've learned on here in the past couple of months, but I hope it helps.

Re: 22" Questions

Hey bulltitan ,what offset makes the 22x9.5 fit like that with that size tire. I was looking at some 22x9.5 wheels with a +15mm offset and that what you described is exactly how i want them to fit. Thanks

From what can remember the sale guy telling me, that it was a zero offset. I got his number and e-mail, I can ask to double check to confirm my answer.

Re: 22" Questions

jbennett - What size tire and rim width do you have? That looks great. Do you have any type of leveling/lift kit? I was leaning towards 20" but now I'm leaning towards 22". Thx.

Re: 22" Questions

I stand correct on the offset of what I got, its +15 on mine. He said every rim will be different and I would have choose another rim to achieve the flush look like Mr. jbennett which by the way is sitting pretty sweet!

Specs... 22x9.5, +25mm offset, 6 1/4" backspacing on 305/45/22 tires.

These are for sale in the buy/sell section if anyone is interested...

By the way, absolutely no rubbing at all with stock suspension, it's very, very close, but I've never heard it hit and I've never seen any signs of rubbing.
