You might have to do the pinch weld mod but since those 9" wide rims have similar to OEM backspacing, (+12 would be the same and +10 is so close), maybe not. I'd go for the BFG AT in the LT305/65/18.
Oh I figured out what the tire calculators do, but the real size very among tire size even for the same model as an example the BFG AT LT315/70/17 should be 12.4" wide, but their specs say 12.0". And 12.0" is what a 305/65/18 is. And I've seen some LT35x12.5 tires that were over 13" wide, so it pays to read the specs. But here is the tire calculator formulas which will give you ball-park:
Example for 285/65/18:
285 is the width in mm. 285/25.4 = 11.22"
65 series is the percentage of width to side wall 0.65 x 11.22 = 7.29"
Add side wall + 18" rim diameter + side wall = tire’s diameter = 32.59"
