Kumho KL78's

Has anyone ordered the new Kumho KL78's from discounttiredirect.com? I was told they had the new tread pattern in stock and they just haven't updated their website yet. I got them in today and they're the old tire!!! I'm starting to wonder if they even have them yet. Has anyone got these tires from this site? Are they very good with exchanges? Thanks

Here's a pic of the wheel/tires. Looks pretty sharp if only they would have put the right tires on!!!!

I got on the horn with them and of course they don't have them and don't know when they'll be getting the new ones. So they said they'd offer me a full refund, give me $100 back if I keep them, or send them back and they'll let me know (it sounds like a while) when they'll be in. I might just take the $100

(Upon further investigation I've found that on the Kumho site there are two different sidewall patterns for the KL78. If you want these tires, make sure you check out which sidewall pattern you have before ordering.)

Where can I see a pic of the new sidewall pattern?

I have to replace my OEM BFGs before winter, and the Kumho is the tire I'm considering.

Is it just the sidewall pattern that changed or did the tread pattern change to?
