Any problems with your parking brake?

Mine always seems to need adjusting. The petal goes to the floor and will barely hold my truck especially if its on an incline. Maybe the cable is stretching? Just wondering how your alls parking brake holds your trucks and if it need frequent adjusting...

Thanks

Re: Any problems with your parking brake?

Had the parking brake adusted early on, then no more problems at all, for over a year.

This summer when rear axle seal leaked, parking brake wasn't holding real great, but unrelated to the original ajustment. Works great once again after they R&R the seal and cleaned the brakes.

Re: Any problems with your parking brake?

Mine seemed "squishy" since I first got the truck. I don't even set it any more since I don't really see the point.
