Re: Nitto Dune Grapplers?

I have heard a couple of good inital things about them, but not any long term reports yet (I guess they are still pretty new, right?) I think they look great and I really like the idea of an off-road tire that performs well and quiet on the street. Makes a lot of sense for those of us whose trucks are used 90% on the pavement who want a nice styled tire that cam still perform in the dirt when we need it to.

Too bad they only make that tire in like a dozen sizes, nearly all too small to be of any interest to most Titan 4x4 owners

Re: Nitto Dune Grapplers?

I really like mine. No road noise and grip fairly well on pavement. Haven't put it through any real off-roading yet, but have taken it through some mud holes while heading out to the local motocross track; and they appeared to shed off the mud fairly well. Below is a pic of them mounted.

Velocity, Your truck looks sweet. What size are the rim and tires and is lifted or is it stock height? Does it rub at all or stick out of the fenders?
Thanx.

Thanks. They are 20" Rockstars with 285 Dune Grapplers mounted ~ no rubbing at full turn and they don't stick out. Only suspension work is a front leveling kit and airbags on the back for towing my trailer.
