Shop help - IE area - need new shoes... and a lift

Live in Upland - looking for a reputable shop to replace the stock Goodyear tire. (265/70/18)
(left rear blew out - crapping out the rim in the process)

Looking to replace the Goodyear with Nitto, BFG, or Yoko. Ain't going back with that POS tire. Keeping the stock SE rims unless I can get a great deal and trade-in credit on the remaining 3 and the spare.

I was planning on trying to maintain OEM size, after reading a few other posts; I would consider getting a small lift (leveling) for a bigger size, so I suppose I need a decent shop that sell tires and does the lift.

If I go bigger - would like to keep the speedo difference down to 2-3%..
Thanks all!
