i got them for $250 rims and tires off an armada, and i sanded the hell out of them. then 5 coats of the rattle can gloss black. then i hit it with 10 layers of that clear coat. for the shine. so far, so chips or scratches. i think they look cool. black ris tinted windos and a dark paint job can really change a cars looks..

good stuff i like black rims with a chrome lip. also american raceing has some coated with teflon looks good to. easy to wash off just spray with hose

Finally got my offroads on with new kl-78's ........just need a few inches of PRG lift .....

I have been thinken about painting or p-coating my 18" OEMS black also. I think this thread just sold me on it.

Think I'm going to do up my bumper in black also --- XE silver bumper looks like shyte.

Anyone know a good paint shop in the O.C. or in the I.E.???

For powdercoating try Embee Coatings in Santa Ana. They did a good job on my OEM wheels @$60 ea.

Going to Santana will take me dangerously close to Stillen... been fighting the urge to drop some cash over there.
