Wheel fitment, question

There is a set of wheels that are 24x10 3 piece forged wheels I want to purchase.. But the seller has no idea the offset, but he said the backspacing is 5 inches and so is the front..The lug pattern is the 6x139 so it will fit the titan, just worried about the offset...Its also runing 305/35/24 tires...

To find out about how far it will stick out you can take off one your wheels and measure out 5 inches from the outside mount surface of the rotor that makes contact to the back of the wheel. This will give you a general idea.
