Help With Tire Size

Getting the CST 7" Lift with the coil overs.
The wheels Im looking at are a KMC 20x10
Do I want to run a 35x12.50 or 35x13.50
What offset should I use to avoid any rubbing?

I was looking for a 20x9 but the wheel I like doesnt come in that size.
