Leaking ABS control module

Anyone encounter a leaking ABS control module? I was looking for something loose on the front driver side that makes noise when I go over large bumps slowly, after removing the front wheel I noticed brake fluid around the edges of the splash guards, frame rail, and wiring that comes from the bottom of the ABS module. The brake fluid reservoir is half empty (or half full depending on your outlook on life). I'm wondering if this could be covered under the brake judder recall since I'm just over 2 yrs of ownership but over 36k miles. Any thoughts?
