No it will not, it only changes the input to the instrument cluster. The cruise is controlled by the speed sensors which the hypertech does not adjust.

Re: Tire Size/Odometer/Speedo Correction...

that kinda sucks. on my jeep every diff tire size you go you can remove the speedo gear and replace it with another for your tire size. they sell them at the dealership for like 25 bucks. and you literally unscrew the old one from the top of your tranny and screw the new one in

Re: Tire Size/Odometer/Speedo Correction...

The Titan bolt pattern is 6-139.7 (6 lugs, 139.7mm spread). It is the same pattern as 6-5.5". A silverado's wheels should work fine.

Re: Tire Size/Odometer/Speedo Correction...

Good Morning All, Thank you in advance for your input. I have a 2007, I am considering purchasing tires that are 265/65/18 Bridgestone Dueler AT's at a very nice price. I know OEM tires are 265/70R/18. What problems if any am I going to encounter with my Odometer?

They are 1" shorter than stock, so your speedo will show you going faster than you really are. This add's more miles to your Titan than needed.

Re: Tire Size/Odometer/Speedo Correction...

I check my speed with a GPS for fun some times.
My truck was reading 1mph fast, now is 1mph slow.

stock: 265/70r18 = 32.6" = spedo 1 mph faster than the gps
spedo reading 50 / gps reading 49

New : 305/65r18 = 33.6" = spedo 1 mph slower than the gps
spedo reading 50 / gps reading 51

This is a percentage of course....

85 on the spedo = 89 on the gps

On my 08 2wd I switched from the stock 2.94 to the 3.36 gears and I also went from stock 18s (265/70s) to now running KMC 20x10s with 305/50/20s.

My speedo reads exactly 2-mph higher than what i'm actually going. This was confirmed by GPS and interstate speed trap display. So for IE... Speedo reads 60mph, i'm really going 58mph.
