backspace/offset...

i know its been covered, but i cant find it. on a 17x9 wheel with 4.75" of backspace, what is the offset on them?

Backspace = (wheel width/2) + .5 + offset(in inches)
4.75 = (9/2)+ .5 + x
-.25 = x
-.25 x 25.4 = -6mm offset

So yeah, what mytitan said. lol

25.4mm = 1"
So 12mm is about 1/2"
And 6mm is about 1/4"
