2007 4x4 CC SE Brakes Shudder / Pulsating
I thought the brakes where upgraded on the newer Titan's I only have a few hundred miles on my new truck and can feel pulsation when I step on the brakes at speed.

I might be something other then brakes. I say just take it in. But yes, the brakes should have been fixed as of the 05 models.

Your tires may be out of balance.
You could have gotten a hold of some bad rotors! Take it to the dealer!! They will take care of you.
