Tpms

My TPMS light flashes and then stays lite, I switched wheels from Nissan Armada when the problem started, I need to put my original wheels back on to check if that makes lite go off I guess ,anybody no if sensors are made for specific models only?

Re: Tpms

the tpms monitors should work as long as they are a proper engagement in the wheel, ie the wheel accepts them. other than that, the monitor shouldnt care about much else since all it is doing is measureing the pounds per sqare inch inside the tire and sending out a signal to the cars cpu

Re: Tpms

I checked into that when I almost bought a set of new QX56 wheels with tires with sensors. After making a few calls back then, the new sensors should reset automatically after driving for several miles. If not, they would have to be reprogrammed with a wireless dealer owned thingy. The part numbers for my original 05 sensors are the same as the 07 QX56.
