my brake is binding??

just like the title says....

i noticed that after my alignment my truck was still pulling right, and somehow realized that my front passenger side wheel was not nearly as free rolling as my drivers side. I just came back from the dealer and they said that they would replace the Stainless Steel line(i ahve the procomp lift)...I don't see how the there is any relevance between the caliper not fully letting go of the caliper and the brake line. this issue is not only screwing my alignment up but also my mpg and rotor life!!

has there been any experience regarding this issue? please help

thanks!
