KMC Diesels

Anyone got them for thier truck?

I'm looking to get them in black in 20in with a 6 in lift.

Just wondering if anyone has them in this set up and what offset I need.

Been having troubles finding them for a decent price. I find them all day for other trucks on ebay for around 1000 shipped but never for titan.

Any body got a good place I can check out?

Thanks.

Re: KMC Diesels

I got them about a month ago or so. I got the chrome 18" version with 5" of backspacing and 0mm offset. I have no lift of any kind with 265/70R18 tires and don't have any rubbing issues at all. I got a great deal and got them installed for $920 out the door.

Re: KMC Diesels

Thanks!

I got them locally at a place called Big D Tire, they are a distributer for Wheel Pros (KMC) and they got a pretty good deals on the chromes (i originally wanted the blacks, but they offered a stellar deal on the chromes).
No, the tires were separate (from the same place) they are Toyo Open Country ATs.

Re: KMC Diesels

They won't fit. I wanted Rockstars....won't fit. Then Diesels....won't fit. Then Balzacs....won't fit. Finally went with the Hoss. Supposedly they'll fit....in a 22"

Guy at 4 Wheel Parts told me that for a 9.5-10" wide wheel I need 5"-5.25" backspacing. Oh...and that's if you want to run 35" tires.

Re: KMC Diesels

Dang it i didn't want to hear that.

Well can't I just run a wheel spacer? the diesels are only off by .5 inches for the correct offset of 5In.

Re: KMC Diesels

Yeah....I'm not too happy about it either. I'm going to call 4 Wheel Parts in the morning and tell them to cancel the order on the Hoss wheels. I'm going with the Rockstars, even if it means I'll have to cut the bumper.

4 Wheel Parts in Orlando is going to hate me....

Re: KMC Diesels

Guy at 4 Wheel Parts just called and said they were working on a Titan for the dealership, so he took off the wheel and measured for himself. Apparently there's more room than the books say. Can go with 20X8.5 or 22X9.5 Rockstars. 22's it is.

Re: KMC Diesels

disco look? they look like they belong on an urban assault vehicle.

the ones you see every morning might be the 20X8.5. I'm sure they'd fit no problem, but who wants an 8.5 in wide wheel?

yeah, disco look. a big wheel with a low-profile all-terrain tire? now that's disco!
