Cleaning chrome rims and truck

Hi guys, I just recently got some 22's on my Silver titan SE.. I'm wondering, whats the best type of chrome polish cleaner you can get locally?

Also, do you guys goto the local car wash, and what do you dry your trucks with?

I use Wenol, it is a proven product.

I was told by the guy that sold um to me that If i wash um with V05 shampoo once a week so that brake dust and stuff doesn't sit on um Ill never have to polish um they will stay shining like new. He says it doesn't have detergent or perfumes in it so it wont water spot like most stuff.

so far it seems to be working.
