18" wheels

I am new to the forum and have a question. I have a 2007 Titan crew cab SE and want to replace the wheels with something that looks more sporty than the stock ones. I have scoured the Internet and come up with very little to fit the 18x8 tires on the truck. I found a number of sets of Zinik Shogun wheels that will fit. Have any of you run into this and have any suggestions. The money is not as big an issue as the looks and size of the wheels. I dont want 20" or 22's on the truck and want to stay with the 18x8's

Re: 18" wheels

You're kidding me right? I have seen dozens of sites with an 18" wheel selector and some even specific fits for the Titan. You must not be "scouring" with the right detergent. Heck, just the other night I was browsing and downloaded about 20 different 17"/18" wheels I liked....

You can start at http://www.tirerack.com/tires/index.jsp

and maybe head over to http://www.americanracing.com/

or even http://www.discountedwheelwarehouse....ount_tires.cfm

Then try http://www.car-rims.com/

or http://www.1010tires.com/

I mean, holy crap, just "wheels" for Pete's sake... 5 million sites come up....

Well, it's a start....

Re: 18" wheels

Thanks...

I have found a number of these sites but most of them have limited 8" wide selections. You have been a great help and I do appreciate it.

Love the way your reply looks at the bottom. Nice...

Re: 18" wheels

if you open up to a 9" wide wheel, you'll greatly increase you're options. I did. I went with 18"x9" KMC Diesels and still put a "stock" sized tire on. 265/70R18 Toyo Open country.

shouldn't a 9" wheel absorb ruff roads better than a 8" wheel?

Beats the heck outta me. Maybe some offroaders or physicists might chime in. All I know is I would never purchase another Wheel Pros owned product again.
