Is that +15 offset. If it is you're lookin at 1.2" stickin out more than stock. That's only the wheels. Could stick out more depending on how wide a tire you go.

It would probably stick out roughly a 1/4 of an inch, or a little more.

looking at a wheel that comes 20x10 with a -24 ET...
about how much would that stick out? Want to fit 35" Toyo M/T thx
