These wheels look pretty good to me (at a real good price), but on another site, someone commented that they won't clear the calipers. My current XDs are 5" backspacing and they fit fine. Anyone have any experience with these???

A lot of times forged wheels don't have the "x=factor", as they call it, to clear the brakes. X-Factor is the curve of the spoke. If the spoke is too flat it could interfere with the brakes as described. A spacer would "fix" the clearance issue, if there is one, but I wouldn't run a spacer if someone paid me, $30 isn't worth the risk. It is hits the calipers you'd be better off saving some more money and buys something that fits correctly.

Spacers are fine to use. I wouldnt be running them against my $4500.00 brakes if they weren't. Lots of race cars use them.
man i hope they fit, cause i have a set rite now that are 17" for my truck. i am waiting on getting a set of rubbers to go on them. when i called and ordered them, the sales rep. told me they would clear. hope that helps.

Why not just try the wheels on your hubs to see... Don't get tires mounted if they do! That's just compounding your problem!

Good call Beauty! If they fit okay, I think i'd take a chance and order the 18" for myself.

These wheels do not clear the brake caliper. 100%. I purchased these wheels and had to send them back. I had about 1/8" of the studs sticking out when they made contact with the caliper. That would be one large spacer.
Great deal but absolutely do not clear the caliper.
Edit: The ones I purchased where 18" with 5" backspacing (0 offset).
well, i tried mine today, and they did not fit. missed clearing the calipers by just a little. when i called the place where i ordered them from, they said they would send me a set of wheel spacers for free of charge.
