Question on tires and wheels
I currently have 18's on my 2007 Titan not looking to install a lift kit or lowering kit, will my truck accept 20's without any modifications?

I'm pretty sure they will, you just need to get low profile tires......

you will be fine
make sure your tires are 285 or smaller
