Newbie here......I have an 05 silver crew cab with a leveling kit. I'm getting the rockstar in a 20 and I'm tryin to decide on a tire. I want to go with an A/T because its driven quite a bit. I like the Nitto Terra's but all of my friends are trying to talk me into a M/T, which I do like. So 4 questions: How can I expect my mpg to change going from 285/18 Cooper SSTs to 285/20 Nitto Terras? Should I bump up to 305 with my 20's (I don't want too much space)? Does mpg change much going from an A/L to a M/T? Can I expect to get this setup for less than 2k?

Any pics would definately be appreciated.
I have the 20x10 Rockstars with the LT325/60 R20 Terragrapplers and love them...I will tell you, you may have a tough time with rubbing if you go with the 20x10, even with your tire size choices with just a leveling kit...I have a 6" lift, 2" spacer in the front and 5" spacer in the back and i had to trim the pinch weld and still rub a little. You may have to go with the 20x8 if you want the Rockstars without a lift...
I wouldn't bother with the M/T either unless you are doing some serious offroading...As far as cost, I was at $250 per rim and $350 per tire, so you can expect to be in at a little less with the smaller tires.
You shouldn't notice too much of a difference in MPG with your setup...I only lost about 3 MPG with a lift and bigger tires than you're going for.
Also, I have a bunch of pics in my gallery, feel free to PM me with any other questions.

Where'd you buy your wheels from?

I don't have them yet. I am now considering the Ultra Magnus in black. If I do decide to go with the Toyo M/T's, will there be a big difference in mpg versus the Terra Grapplers?
Again, I will be going from Cooper SST 285/75/18 to lets say Toyo M/T 305/50/20. Lets say I get 14 mpg, what would that go down to?

lets see you get 14 now from a cooper sst........upgrade to a bad a$$ looking tire that performs well all around and maybe drop to 12 or 13 mpg....... jury says......... get the toyos
