Woyld these Chevy wheels fit?.. (specs inside)

Chevy/GMC steelies.

width 7.5
bolt pattern 6x5.5
offset 5
diameter 17"

Looking to mount 33's or 35's.

Would I need different lug nuts IF they were the correct size?

Any alternative 17" steel wheels like seen on beater trail Jeeps?

Thanks

if they are 6 on 5.5 they will fit. the only thing you need to check is the diameter of the center hole. make sure it is the size as your stock ones or bigger.

They are being sold in another state, so that I won't be able to do.

Will 16's fit over the stock caliper?

The offset on the stock XE and Off Road 17x7.5 rims is +30mm, (5.375" backspacing), so with +5mm the Chevy rims will stick out around 1" more. (~4.45" backspacing). You might get tire rubbing at the pinch weld.

Most 16s will not, and those that do usually require grinding the calipers.

With a level kit a lot of people run the BFG AT KO in a 34.5" diameter LT315/70/17 on the Off Road package rims. Some get a little rubbing at mud guards and the pinch weld when the steering wheel is turned towards full lock.

Without a level kit the 32.8" BFG AT KO LT285/70/17 fits fine, and the Nitto Terra Grappler LT295/70/17 might ... since they are only about 1/2" greater in diameter and about 0.6" wider on a 7.5" rim.
