Brakes??

My wife and I just bought our 04 KC SE and after doing extensive research I knew about the brake problem..... I decided to purchase anyways and just do the brakes myself. Is there a way I can tell if the final brake fix has been done i.e. carfax report, dealer info. or part number? It was doing the "jitter" and I plan on doing the brakes tomorrow.. Any help would be great as I have to tow my wife's car across the country at the end of this month.

Re: Brakes??

Welcome to Titan Talk!!!
When I purchased my 05 Titan used I was wondering the same thing but because it was a factory repair, the dealer was aware that the brakes were done as soon as he punched the vin number into the computer...I hope this helped...good luck..
