Wheels F-150 to Titan
I am close to purchasing a set of Helo He830's (22 X 9.5 6 bolt) that an individual had on a 2005 F-150. Are the hole offsets different between Ford and Nissan to prevent these wheels from mounting? Any advice would be appreciated.

Yes. Newer bodystyle F-150 (2004 - Present) is 6 x 135mm and Titan is 6 x 5.5".
Different pattern, probably different center bore on the wheels for the hub to come through as well. You know what I find funny? The wheel lug pattern on an "American truck" is in MM where the Japanese one uses inches.
