325 65 18

Will these clear on an 18" LE rim with a 2" leveling kit? I am curently running 305 55 20's with no problem. I know I would be going from a 33 to a 35" tire, but just wanting some input before I ordered new tires.

Re: 325 65 18

I really don't think so. The 325/65 is = to a 35x13 and I think it'd likely rub quite a bit with anything less than a 4" lift. You can fit 35x12.5 with just a leveling kit and Pinchweld Mod but it might still rub some while articulating offroad.

Re: 325 65 18

Wont happen. i have the spindle with saw's and i rub a little at full lock. on stock rims you may not rub due to being 8" wide cause im 9" wide. look for a post i did under "325/65 will not fit mini lift" includes pictures.

Barely Fits with mini lift:

Kumho Road Venture AT KL78 325/60/18 (Pics)

You're pushing the limits at every dimension (wheel height, tire-width vs wheel width) etc...so it can come down to tire brand and actual diameter etc.

This will ONLY WORK WITH STOCK WHEELS.

That link is to 325/60 instead of 325/65.... Just about any 325/60-18 will fit just fine and I think are a perfect size for offroading with just a leveling kit or mini-lift kit.

Re: 325 65 18

Thanks guys. I am going to go with the 325 60's. Now what tire to buy? Any suggestions? Thinking about Nitto Grapplers, I have these on now, but not sure I want another set.

Re: 325 65 18

I love my TerraGrapplers.... Take a look at the Cooper Discoverer STT to see what you think of their looks, they are also an awesome tire from everything I've read and heard and I know they are avail in 325/60-18.

When I was looking, I was seeing good prices on Kumho 78's....but I'm always looking to save a buck.

Re: 325 65 18

yes, just make sure whoever is installing them is not a **** and not scared to push the realm of possibilities. some places will follow guidelines and only install whats recommended. post pics when you get them.
