I show a 33" tire is max with stock suspension. These are about 34.25" tall. These should fit with ease with a leveling kit.
Edit: Size correction for 295/70R18. Calculated = 34.25" tall. According to Nitto.com actual = 34.41

I show a 33" tire is max. These are about 33.25" tall. You may be able to squeeze them without a leveling kit but you would have to test fit to know for sure. These should fit with ease with a leveling kit.
Are you sure about that diameter? I think it's an inch short.
