I had the truck at the dealer for the 36K check and I had them check out my warped rotors. They've already turned them once for free, but the shakes are back and he said they're rusted pretty good too. Typical Titan bad design from Nissan.
He recommended an aftermarket kit and would cut me a deal on labor (half).
You can get the Stillen big brake kit. It's on sale right now for $850, but it's only for the front setup.
You can get the Frozen Rotors with the site discount. Check my sig for the install thread. They have a forum section on here. Discount code is in there.
You can get the Powerslot rotors. They're cheaper.
There are dozens of rotors on eBay.. Stay away from the Chinese 2-piece crap... They come apart when you least desire them to do so....
Some consider me a brake snob. I didn't want to compromise. I have the Frozen Rotors and love them! I highly recommend them!
Any issues with stock calipers with the Frozen setup? I probably won't do it myself, but after some research, they seem like a top-notch product. I'll be doing front and rears, so I like that they have both.
The Stillens seem a bit over priced, but a good, complete package.
Any other issues to be aware of with rotors/pad replacement?
Another option (doesn't seem like you would be in for BREMBO's) is the Nissan 2008 Front Calipers/Rotors. They require at least an 18" Rim to fit. Cost is about $800, so Stillen is pretty competitive at $850 Sale price, and well respected too!.
I just got Zinc Plated Black Finish, Dimpled and Slotted Rotors and ceramic Pads from www.brakeperformance.com. About $210 for Fronts delivered.

Any diff between HPS and LTS pads? Not much of a price diff, but couldn't really tell what I should be using on the Titan. I don't tow anything (at least this year), but live in a place with many hills and do a lot of mountain driving in the winter w/snow.
I have the Hawk LTS pads on my truck now. The first week or so there was A LOT of brake dust. But once broken in they stop great with the factory rotors and the brake dust is non-existent. I'm installing the Stillen kit when I get back so I have extra brake pads with only 3k miles on them.

I've been running the Stillen kit for 4 years with exceptional results. The truck stops on a dime and I've never had any brake shudder. Still have several years of life in the original pads, but I did buy 2 sets in case they stop making the kits. That was a good idea!!
Never upgraded rears since most stopping power is on the front anyway.
