If WhiteTitanSE is correct about the RC 3" spacer measuring the same 1.5 inches as the PRG 2.5" level kit, then a '04-'07 2wd Titan doesn't need an aftermarket UCA, because 2.5" fine to use with the stock UCA.
For a '04-'07 4x4 a 2" level kit is standard, so an aftermarket UCA is needed for them to run a 2.5" level kit. I'm currently running the Bilstein HD with a 2.5" PRG level kit and the Chaos UCA, that PRG used to sell before Greg designed his own. Btw, the stock UCA are strong enough, according to PRG, so there's no reason to get aftermarket ones, unless you have an application requiring the additional clearance, and for your 2wd case, it doesn't sound like you need them.
Adding a rear block will return some of the rake, so if you want level, a regular 2.5" level kit will be better alone, plus cheaper and an easier install.
Even without a level kit, 33's will clear on the stock '08+ rims, (20x8" with about 5.5" of backspacing). Now if you put those tires on 20x9" rims with 4.5" of backspacing, they'll probably rub at the pinch weld, (even with a level kit), and 20x10" rims with 4.5" of backspacing, they'll rub.
I saw on another post, that you are planning 20x9" Hoss with 5.71" of backspacing. They will stick out about 3/4" more than stock, and probably will not rub with those tires.

yeah man thanks for the help...so id be better off getting say the PRG leveling kit? and it would be dead even and level? and yeah im getting the 20x9 xd hoss with the coopers...the offset of the hoss is +18... i just would like a good setup thats going to last as i do not go offroad since i have a 2wd...so basically im just going for looks but i do want something that is going to hold up over time...Thanks

Yes, you'd be better off with the PRG 2.5" level kit for 2wd Titans. An aftermarket UCA isn't needed on an '04-'07 2wd and that kit, or the RC 3" spacer, if it does only measure 1.5", (2.5" net lift).
Btw, I don't know about the '08" 2wd Titans, but I know those years of 4x4 use the 1.5" net level kits, and anything taller they do need an aftermarket UCA. Level Kits
As for will it be perfectly level ... Titans do differ, but it will probably be very close to what you want. After your 2.5" PRG level kit is installed and you live with it for a week or two, you might decide to lower or raise the rear slightly either with the PRG shackle to lower it, or a small block tho raise it. shackles, blocks, and other rear suspension stuff
I run the PRG adjustable shackle at 0" because it is stronger than stock ones, and the early stock ones were so bad that they could break their small weld, unroll, and send the leaf springs tearing through the truck's bed. The PRG shackle also have -1/2" and -1" settings.
I highly recommend anyone getting a level kit to get the Bilstein HD, (blue and yellow), struts installed at the same time. Very good shocks for the money ... I'm really liking them for their on road performance. However, if you go with the Bilstein 5100 adjustable lifting struts, they add 1/2" even at their lowest setting, so wouldn't be a good choice for standard level kit heights unless you either got the aftermarket UCA, or instead of the 2.5" level kit, you used them with a 2" PRG level kit, for about the same net 2.5".
An even better choice would be to get coilovers from PRG. They come with their own coil springs and are infinitely adjusted during installation to the desired ride height. They have the same lift limitations as the level kits, due to UCA to coil bucket contact, but are better overall. Also, with a 2wd, you can get a CST 4" spindle and still use stock UCA, etc. Most upgrade to coilovers to use with them. Spindles are like a 2wd lift freebie, only they're not free. coilovers
Btw, 2wd Titans are great for off road. Check out this thread "Prerunner" Titan's

wow man that was a lot..but yeah i dont have the money to get the bilsteins right now or the shackle...and if i get the PRG 2.5" leveling kit will it sit dead even or be very very close...and i believe the cooper 275/60/20 equal a 33" tire or very close to it....will these rub?
My guess is with Hoss 20x9 rims with 5.71" backspacing, 275/60/R20 tires, and a level kit, is that you will not rub at the pinch weld, but if you do it will be minor, with maybe just heat gun reshaping of the liner instead of actual metal trimming. But I might be wrong. So if you are really concerned about trimming don't get a 9" width, find an 8" with stock 5.5" backspacing +/- 1/4".
The PRG 2.5" with stock front shocks, or the HD Bilsteins struts ... closest to level ... and no aftermarket UCA required on a '04 to '07 2wd.
For 5100 struts, set at their lowest, or 0" setting, (which lifts 1/2"), the 2" PRG level kit in combination with the 5100 would give 2.5" of lift. Or someone buying from scratch might want to set them at the 1" setting for 1.5" of lift, and get a custom 1" spacer from PRGproducts to complete the 2.5" of lift, to level a 2wd.
ok man thanks for the info...think im just gonna get a 2.5" level kit for 179 from greg is there any discount codes or will he give a discount since im a member of the site here?

I'm unaware of any specials, but it's best to call and order, that way they can give the current pricing, and answer any technical questions that you may have.
The number is 530-346-7774. Best to call at 7:00 a.m. Pacific time, but if they don't answer, leave a message on the answering machine so they can call you back.
ok man i called greg at PRG he siad the 2" would look better so i guess im gonna go with that as I do want it to sit dead even...thanks a lot for your help. Do you think the 2 or the 2.5 will look better?

He's the expert
I don't like even slight forward rake, but then I wouldn't want the rear lowerer either. If you get the 2" and it has forward rake, you can get the 5100 struts when you're ready to upgrade since they lift 1/2" on their lowest settting, or get his shackles and set them to lower the rear 1/2".
his exacts words were that the 2" would look bettter but yeah ill def do that(5100 struts) ill raise em a little more and get some blocks in the back...but yeah thanks for the help...you seem like an expert too. but he said the tires shouldnt rub there 33's i hope there as aggressive as they look for an all terrain...i love your rubbers
