305/60/18 vs. 325/60/18 Nitto Terra Grapplers

I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on some Nitto Terra Grapplers, but I cannot make my mind up between these two sizes. (I'd go for the 295/70/18s, but wouldn't I be in trouble having a spare with the stock size and if I had to use it?)

Is there really a noticeable difference in width between the two? Doing the pinch weld mod doesn't deter me at all either.

If any of you can help me make my decision, please!

BTW, I do have the stock 6 spoke 18" wheels, too.

Thank you!
-Jeff

Go for the best price. I have the 325/60-18 and have been plenty glad that I didn't get any smaller ones. The noticeable difference is when YOU look at them and think either "I wish I got the 325's" or "I'm sure glad that I got the widest that I could".

Well I have the 325/60R18 Toyo's. The big boy version of the Nittos. I did not have to do the PWM, but I do have an 08 with the PRG leveler. I could not see getting those donut spares after having these. I couldn't believe my tire guy when he pointed them out. I thought he was kidding. They looked like monster truck tires before being mounted. LOL

For the record, I have the 325 nittos on stock rims, 2wd and i did not have to do the pwm. No rubbing at all and i do not have any kind of lift on,....yet. Check out my past posts for pics.

I say, take a look at both and price both of them. Then make your decision. I choose the 325 due to the photos that i saw on here from other members and they were actually cheaper than a smaller size. Glad i did not get anything smaller, i think the 325 is a perfect fit.

Re: 305/60/18 vs. 325/60/18 Nitto Terra Grapplers

Thanks guys. I guess I know which tire I'll be buying now!

I had 305/50/20 Cooper Zeon LTZs on my 02 Ram and loved how wide they were. I can't wait to see the 325's on the T!

Dang, Discount Tire has the 325s $11 cheaper than the 305s. That definitely seals the deal!

Just made the purchase on the 325/60s. They should be in next week, which is too long! I'll post some pics when I get them. My wife just rolled her eyes! She doesn't get it.

I just made the same purchase last week. I was also considering the Cooper STTs, but decided on the Nittos because of price and all the good reviews on this site. I was a little nervous about the decision until I saw them installed. They look great! Pops and all the others are right on with this size. I have a 2" NCD leveling kit and have zero rubbing with factory 18s. If anyone else is considering this purchase, I defininately recommend this option. Can't beat the price either. I got mine local for $900 out the door.

I just got mine in today, and they are freaking huge! I hope to have them installed tomorrow, but it may have to wait until Thursday.
